How to use OTOSPORIN

• Warm the bottle by holding it in your hands for a few minutes to reduce dizziness from cold drops.
• Lie down or tilt your head so the affected ear faces upward.
• Gently pull the earlobe back to straighten the ear canal (upward for adults, downward for children).
• Instill the prescribed number of drops (typically 3–4 drops) into the ear canal.
• Remain in position for 5 minutes to allow the drops to reach deep into the ear.
• Repeat on the other ear if instructed by your healthcare provider.
• Use consistently for the full course of treatment, usually 7–10 days, unless advised otherwise.

Do not insert anything into the ear during treatment and avoid getting water in the ear.
